Do I need to book in advance to benefit from SPA services?

For any questions or information regarding the SPA, please call 0533 876 30 30. We strongly recommend you to make a reservation in advance so that you can receive your care at the time you prefer. Since our bathhouse is a private area, we kindly ask you to obtain preliminary information and make a reservation for the use of the bath area to ensure your privacy.

What kind of preparations should I need to make before coming?

Before arriving at the SPA, we recommend that you leave all your valuables in the safe box at the reception or in the locker rooms. The SPA may not be held responsible for any valuables lost at the SPA. In order for our male guests to get the best results from their facial care, we recommend that they shave before coming to the SPA.

Should I come prior to my appointment time?

Please arrive at the SPA reception 15 minutes before your appointment time. We ask you to fill out a Medical Control Form to find out if you have any complications related to the care you receive.

What happens if I'm late?

The period of time you are late to attend your care will be deducted from your care in order to protect the rights of the next guest, and your care will end without extension at the end of your normal reservation period.

Will I be able to use the lounge area?

While our care rests both your body and soul, you can use our rest areas delightedly after your care. You can sit back and relax as much as you want on our terrace before or after your care.

Do you also sell the products you use in the SPA?

In Natura SPA boutique, all products are sold so that you can continue your care at home. If you wish, you can obtain professional products used in your care here, or you can buy souvenirs or candles for your loved ones.

Is there an age limit for children to enter the SPA?

In order not to disturb the SPA ambience, children between the ages of 0 and 11 are not accepted to the SPA. Young people between the ages of 12 and 16 can enjoy our massages and treatments under the supervision of their parents.

How can I find out which SPA services are suitable for me?

We invite you to Natura SPA to set your expectations and your personalized SPA package that best suits you. Our expert consultants will be happy to help you find the best practices for you.

How can I cancel my reservation?

We kindly ask that you inform us at least one day in advance to cancel your reservation. For cancellations not made within one day in advance, 50% of the services you booked will be billed to you.

On what days and times is the service provided in the SPA?

Natura SPA & Wellness is available 6 days a week except Monday.

Natura SPA Massage and Bath Service: 13:00 - 21:00

Indoor Swimming Pool: 13:00 - 21:00

Sauna, Steam Room and Snow Fountain: 13:00 - 21:00
